.busbar-ref: record the busbar version as 1.6.0
Owner's call, 2026-08-11: the release carrying MCP and A2A is 1.6.0, not 1.5.5. Field 2 was stale (1.5.3 / 1.5.5) and is now the real number. Field 1 (the engine SHA) is deliberately UNCHANGED — a separate change owns the pin.
