Support for 1.16 custom biomes

Support for custom 1.16 biomes added by plugins and datapacks (Colors displaying to Bedrock users properly)

Alternatives?
Can't think of much. Maybe include the biomes in a behavior pack, but I've no idea how I could make that work, or if it would work

As an update: custom fogs and custom water colors are currently possible on Bedrock, and it is possible to add support for this. However, custom grass and foliage colors are currently not possible to our knowledge.

Given the state of custom biomes on bedrock at the moment (completely broken) I'd call this missing client feature.

I would love to have this in the plugin, as a person using this plugin and working with datapacks it will make it a lot more fun for the bedrock players.
