Percentage symbol not showing up on Bedrock.

Describe the bug

When creating a GUI menu and using a percentage symbol, the symbol will only be visible to Java players.
For example, if the menu shows "(10.0%)" at some point, Bedrock players will only see "(10.0)".

To Reproduce

1. Create a GUI menu (that's where the bug was first detected).
2. Make it show a percentage symbol.
3. Open the GUI on Bedrock.

Expected behaviour

The percentage symbol will be displayed.
