Player hand shaking

Describe the bug

When dying with 2 hits and the death being canceled by a plugin the hand starts being red and shaky + cant sprint

To Reproduce

1 install a plugin that canceles a death
2 kill the bedrock player with 2 hits
3 cancel death
4 red hand (bug)

Expected behaviour

no red hand and able to sprint
