Describe the bug

GENERIC_STEP_HEIGHT is not handled for players resulting in players being able to step up blocks that java players cant.

To Reproduce

  1. set your step height attribute with the attribute command to 0.05f
  2. place down stairs
  3. On bedrock you can walk up, on Java you can't

Expected behaviour

Step Height is correctly applied

Additional Context

This might not be fixable at the moment, due to the bedrock client not being able to support custom step heights
