Sitting players float in the pov of bedrock players

Describe the bug

Citizen npcs sitting with the /npc sitting command or players sitting with plugins like gsit, float in the air only for the pov of bedrock players, looking completely normal from java.

To Reproduce

1. Install Geyser + Floodgate in paper 1.21
2. Install plugins like citizens or gsit
3. Sit the npc/player, for example with /npc create name, /npc sitting or other commands.

Expected behaviour

What is expected is that the position of the entity is the same for everyone. To have consistency.
