Describe the bug

Lead links occasionally do not appear between a lead knot and the entity itself.

To Reproduce

• Create lead link between fence post and entity
• relog until issue appears

Expected behaviour

Lead links appear every time chunks are loaded.

Can confirm that this issue still happens with the latest releases of Paper and Geyser. Will this be fixed any time soon?
