Unable to climb down with scaffolding on mobile. The PC/Windows version seems to work just fine.

To Reproduce

1. Use the sneak key on mobile to climb down the scaffolding.

Expected behaviour

The user should be able to climb down the scaffolding.

This might be a duplicate of #4841 , but I'm posting a new one since the possible duplicate does not specify that the bug only occurs on mobile.
