Bedrock Players Instamining causes ghost blocks

Describe the bug

When you try to move to an instamined block, or a java mined block (partially) it will create ghost blocks on the client side

To Reproduce

1. I have tested this on donutsmp so im not sure which version is it
2. have an instamine pick or crystals
3. mine and see the results

Expected behaviour

you cannot move BUT you can see mined blocks
