could you make item frames render as entities

if you have an item frame occupying the same space as a block or another item frame, one or the other is invisible because the item frame gets rendered as a block on bedrock

I think that the problem here is that it will requie adding new entity that will be invisible without optional pack, but I think that it could be used only in places where block item frame can't be used, so it will be ok to allow optional pack users to see it in places where users without optional pack will not see it.
