- run_XXXX.R: Scripts used to run the WHAM models for each case study.
- sim_XXXX.R: Scripts used to run the self-test simulation for each case study.
- make_figures.R: To produce the figures using the WHAM model outputs.
- make_figures_sim.R: To produce the figures of the simulation experiment.
The SS_models folder contains the SS3 (original) models.
