error 503 while trying to download from `https://victor.poshtiban.io/p/gictor/photoshopCC/photoshopCC-V19.1.6-2018x64.tgz`

As the title said, while trying to download from https://victor.poshtiban.io/p/gictor/photoshopCC/photoshopCC-V19.1.6-2018x64.tgz i get a 503 error >> Service Temporarily Unavailable

Its seems the server times out after ~200mb of download is my recent experience. Simple fix is to use the web browser download manger to download and then resume the download once it times out. after downloading is completed, it's worth double checking md5sum of the file, should be "b63f6ed690343ee12b6195424f94c33f". Once download and m5sum checked place into the directory $HOME/.cache/photoshopCCV19 if using the default installer or what ever the cached directory you specified when when including parameters. now run the installer again and it will detect that the file is already downloaded
