Markdown lists should be able to start at any number

2. Increase your numbers as you go
3. Number three

Then a paragraph. Take a break, you’ve earned it.

4. Then start again with 4. Then start again at ...
5. These should appear as 4 and 5, not 1 and 2 again.

GitHawk’s behaviour is different from GitHub proper, where lists can start at any number.

Also related: GitHawk’s left indents are not consistent within a bullet, they’re first-line-only. It’s significantly less readable, especially for nested lists.
