Reaction context menu doesn’t update until reload issue

Steps to reproduce:

• have someone like an issue
• hold on the reaction to see context menu of who liked it
• like the issue yourself
• hold on the reaction and notice it’s unchanged
• leave the issue and go back into it (refresh it)
• hold on the same reaction and notice your name has now been added

This previously worked so is a regression (though v. minor)

Didn't realise we actually had pull to request 😂 too used to leaving and jumping back in!
