Markdown toolbar does not hide properly in landscape #2495

Description
Steps to reproduce:
- Create new issue
- Rotate to landscape (Notice no message toolbar for markdown)
- Tap the leave a comment section
- Toolbar appears
- Tap title section
- Toolbar remains
- Expected: Toolbar to hide
If you do this in portrait the toolbar disappears when you tap the title section as it should.
