Issue/PR text not rendering with all features

Describe the bug
GitHawk doesn't display all information correctly.

• Badges (from https://shields.io for example) doesn't show in PR's for me (they show in the repo overview / README just fine!)
• collapsible content in <details> tags is not interactive

To Reproduce
See dr4fters/dr4ft#428 for example.

Expected behavior

• Badges get properly shown
• A user can click the "details" section to fold/unfold its content.

Also, list elements (-) in quotes make them break and they are not shown as quotes.

Example:

This is a working quote

This should be part of a working quote
