Dividend Tracking - The Main Feature

You can finally say goodbye to Excel spreadsheets for tracking your dividends! The new functionality allows you to:

What You Can Do

• Automatic Scraping from Borsa Italiana
  Every night, the system automatically downloads dividends from your Italian stocks. Just have the ISIN code in your asset and the rest is automatic!

• "Scrape All" Button
  Just added a stock you've owned for a while? With one click you can import the complete dividend history from Borsa Italiana. Perfect for retrieving dividends from recent years without manual entry!

• Automatic Synchronization with Income
  When a dividend payment date arrives, the system automatically creates an "Income" entry in the Cashflow section. This way you immediately see how much you've received this month!

• Complete Analytics

  • TTM dividend yield (last 12 months)
  • Top 10 assets by dividends received
  • Monthly and annual historical charts
  • Upcoming payments

How It Works in Practice

1. Go to the new "Dividends" tab inside the Cashflow page
2. For Italian stocks with ISIN: click "Scrape All" to import complete history
3. For foreign stocks: manual entry (with automatic tax withholding calculation)
4. From now on: everything is automatic! The system checks every night for new dividends

Mobile Improvements

Navigation in Landscape Mode

Fixed an annoying bug: the hamburger menu now works correctly even when you rotate your phone horizontally!

Optimized History Page

Charts on the History page are now fully responsive:

• Optimized dimensions for portrait/landscape
• Touch-friendly buttons
• Adaptive snapshot grid when rotating the phone

Notes in Hall of Fame

You can now see snapshot notes directly in the Hall of Fame! Just click the orange icon to read your annotations.

Technical Improvements

For the curious:

• Migrated from jsdom to cheerio for scraping (85% lighter bundle)
• Fixed errors in monthly cron jobs
• Optimized responsive breakpoints for tablets
