[FEATURE REQUEST] Add license for instructions & docs #38
Description
The work is presented under the TAPR OHL or GPLv3 licenses insofar as it applies, not sure if you wanted to have a license for the instructions & documentation separately like CC-BY or the like.
This may make it more explicit for translators & contributors to the instructions/docs side of the project
