It was brought up that the instructions to reproduce the environments and be able to rerun the notebooks is not completely accurate. We should make a clearer description on how to reproduce the environments and notebook runs. I also recommend implementing Pixi for handling the environment and dependencies as it is working quite nicely across platforms.
