CSS is messing with my application's style (IDs finising with -tooltip, -backgrop or -arrow)

Since this pull request is merged : #103

All the IDs finishing with -tooltip, -backgrop or -arrow of my application are styled with the library's CSS.

These keywords are very generic and the suffix should be more selective, that should at least be -vjt-tooltip, etc.

Should be fixed already in the newest version.
There a default name is applied resulting in named css classes.

We are using vuejs-tour 2.6.1
