I had followed the bellow steps ,

Steps usually involve:

[Add project on the Janssen Server
Export the configuration into a JSON file
update the conf. You may leave org.gluu.agama.sms.otp and org.gluu.agama.sms.register as it is in the exported conf. Update the other values as in the config section linked above.
Import the same JSON file back using import config option]

but every time I import the json file, I encounter an error while save the flow.

Also, how does the .gama file access my Twilio credentials? After deploying the .gama file, the SMS flow is triggered, but the message isn’t actually being delivered to the mobile number.

I was able to configure and use the Agama SMS project successfully. I'll record a quick video of the configuration steps and share it with you.

You'll need Agama Lab if you intent to build custom flow using SMS OTP. Or Customise the UI templates. Otherwise, just to use the Agama project just by passing the configuration, you don't need Agama Lab. So, I am little puzzled by your screenshot above.
