[Feature request] Page gap for Dual Page mode

I usually read with dual page mode and a lot of japanese manga scans don't always align themselves to have double page spreads display properly. Was just wondering if there could be some option to have a gap between pages with an adjustable size.

This already exists in continuous horizontal. I'll bring it over to paged mode.

Implemented in #251: adjustable page gap for dual-page mode (settings slider, 0–100px, scales with zoom), plus ctrl+shift+scroll to adjust it live — works in continuous modes too.
