tutorial on the default world does not react to abbreviated commands

Running GoMud for the first time and without any configuration the user will be met with a default world that includes a tutorial. That tutorial invites de user to go through some steps to get acquainted with the MUD's commands:

Orb of Vision says, "Try the look command again, but this time, pay attention to any exits."

The user might be aware of MUDs enough to know that commands can be abbreviated:

Exits: east

Orb of Vision says, "Good job!"

Unfortunately, not all abbreviations will satisfy the "Orb of Vision". On one of the steps at least,

Orb of Vision says, "type look east to look into the east room."

Orb of Vision says, "Good job!"

As you can see, l e did the right thing and resulted in the same as look east, the command worked, but the Orb of Vision didn't react to it. Only when the command was written in its entirety, look east, did the Orb consider it a "good job".

The solution to this would be to allow commands to be expanded before being tested.

Current scripting behavior is the way it is to allow builders/coders to accept any input, even invalid input, and handle it specially... which necessitates exact string matching.

I think we can improve this by adding a scripting function:

UtilExpandCommand( <string> command [, <int> limit] ) <string>

This would allow us to force expand any input, and limit how many words to perform the expansion on before stopping.
