Automatically update api docs on merge into 4.x

godot 4 allows us to automatically create new api docs with the --doctool command line arg - we might be able to

1. run doctool for this repo when 4.x gets a merge
2. create a new commit in the wiki repo
3. let the wiki repo workflow convert to markdown and update
