The purpose of this item is to document the requirements for using the SysId tool on a flywheel (motor attached to a mass). Any MotorOutput system should be able to be used in a SysId routine to find the constants $K_v$ and $K_a$ that describe the system's dynamics. From these constants, a simulated MotorOutput should be able to be created and should approximate the behavior of the real system in simulation. If the SysId routine is run on the simulation, the constants used to create the system should be returned.
