[BUG] Custom Baseline UI used on feature pages

Describe the bug
Feature pages show the Baseline status with a custom UI instead of the broadly recognized Baseline status icons

Expected behavior
I would have expected to see the Baseline icons used to convey the status

Question for @atopal,
The newer implementation was taken from the updated UX mocks. That change was implemented in this PR. Previously, we were using the baseline icon but in the card (see one of the screenshots in the PR). Do you want us to move back to the logo, but in the new pill? I would think so but I wanted to verify.
