Github App too limited in functionality

I know i can setup build triggers in CloudBuild directly, but that level of customization would be the real value in this github integration app. I don't want the build to go off for every single branch, or maybe I want a certain build to go off for certain branches and another build for other branches.

I feel the triggers are limited because they don't processing in the github and the github app is limited because it triggers on everything. If this github integration could just have you create triggers and show build statuses, this would be a complete CI/CD solution.

I'm not sure where to reach the devs for this github integration, but I hope this will reach the devs!
