all test spin up temporary VMs in Default VPC. We don't have Default VPC. How to use Custom VPC & Subnet

Hi Team,

We've been testing various tests but all test require VMs in Default VPC. Unfortunately, our GCP Env don't have Default VPC. We tried passing -network but failed. we tried passing daisy_network daisy_subnet which also failed. We can't even find Default VPC in GO code. is there a way to use Custom VPC.
