New Examples

• slurm-gcp-v5-ubuntu2004.yaml: Creates a slurm cluster based on the ubuntu 20.04 slurm-gcp images.
• slurm-gcp-v5-hpc-centos7.yaml: Rename of the slurm-gcp-v5-cluster.yaml example which uses the hpc-centos7 VM image.

Resource Improvements

• Slurm V5 controller and login node support enabling public ip addresses.
• slurm-gcp-v5-*: Remove requirement to set the slurm_cluster_name in slurm-gcp-v5 modules.
