Conformance tests should validate extension attributes #75
Description
We would like to validate that legacy->CloudEvent conversions generate additional extension attributes - initially topic for PubSub and bucket for Storage. Based on a bit of ad hoc testing (and inspection of validators.go), it looks like that's not the case.
