Can not authenticate, This app is blocked error

When i try to connect my account, after select the account in Chrome it says:

This app is blocked
This app tried to access sensitive info in your Google Account. To keep your account safe, Google blocked this access.

I have tried "less secure app" settings (in https://myaccount.google.com/lesssecureapps), it required Two factor authentication should be off for turn this on, I have turn off the TFA, but now it says:

This setting is not available for your account.

I can authenticate from gcloud cli, but can not authenticate the Google cloud tools for Visual Studio 2022 plugin.

Please help!

Unfortunately, not as of yet. I've just been using the chrome extension download for GCP in the meantime. Admittedly I haven't been able to commit much time to finding a solution due to work commitments.

Same Issue with Visual Studio 2022, i try with extension in Visual Studio Code without problems. But i need it in Visual Studio 2022.
