Describe the bug
Ubuntu 26.04 is not listed in the supported OSs list:

To Reproduce
Create a new VM with ubuntu-2604-lts-amd64.
Try to install the ops agent.
E:The repository 'https://packages.cloud.google.com/apt google-cloud-ops-agent-resolute-all Release' does not have a Release file.
