Code of Conduct

Our Pledge

We are committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive experience for everyone, regardless of age, body size, disability, ethnicity, gender identity and expression, level of experience, education, socio-economic status, nationality, personal appearance, race, religion, or sexual identity and orientation.

Our Standards

Positive Behavior

  • Using welcoming and inclusive language
  • Being respectful of differing viewpoints and experiences
  • Gracefully accepting constructive criticism
  • Focusing on what is best for the community
  • Showing empathy towards other community members

Unacceptable Behavior

  • Harassment, trolling, or insulting/derogatory comments
  • Public or private harassment
  • Publishing others' private information without permission
  • Sexual language or imagery
  • Other conduct which could reasonably be considered inappropriate in a professional setting

Our Responsibilities

Project maintainers are responsible for clarifying standards of acceptable behavior and will take appropriate and fair corrective action in response to any unacceptable behavior.

Maintainers have the right to remove, edit, or reject comments, commits, code, issues, and other contributions that do not align with this Code of Conduct, and to temporarily or permanently ban any contributor for behaviors they deem inappropriate, threatening, offensive, or harmful.

Scope

This Code of Conduct applies within all project spaces, including the repository, issues, pull requests, and any public spaces when representing the project or community.

Enforcement

Instances of abusive, harassing, or otherwise unacceptable behavior may be reported by contacting the project maintainer at gouranga.samrat@gmail.com.

All complaints will be reviewed and investigated promptly and fairly. All project maintainers are obligated to respect the privacy and security of the reporter.

Consequences

Project maintainers will determine consequences for violations, which may include:

  1. Warning: A private, written warning explaining the violation
  2. Temporary Ban: Temporary suspension from project interaction
  3. Permanent Ban: Permanent removal from all project spaces
