Getting issue- Target instantiable on Laravel upgrade

Hi Team,

I am working Laravel upgrade from 8 to 11, as part of that i have upgraded the GrahamCampbell/Laravel-Exceptions package to 17.2, but I am getting below error on running migration.

\n Target [GrahamCampbell\Exceptions\Identifier\IdentifierInterface] is not in \n stantiable.

Any idea on this ?

I'm getting a similar error while updating and older project from Laravel 5.8 to 6.
