Context

Grant and bounty workflows use dialogs, sheets, drag-and-drop, calendars, tables, toasts, wallet modals, and milestone controls. These require deliberate keyboard, focus, naming, contrast, and announcement behavior beyond component-library defaults.

Scope

• Audit login/signup, role selection, payout discovery/creation, applications, milestone management, wallet/funding, profile, and support.
• Fix semantic structure, accessible names/descriptions, focus order/restoration, error association, and live announcements.
• Provide keyboard alternatives for drag-and-drop and pointer-only interactions.
• Verify zoom/reflow, reduced motion, contrast, touch targets, and screen-reader output.
• Add automated axe checks plus documented manual testing with NVDA/VoiceOver.

Acceptance criteria

• Critical journeys have no serious/critical automated accessibility violations.
• Every action is operable by keyboard with visible focus.
• Dialog/sheet focus is trapped and restored correctly.
• Form validation identifies the field, error, and recovery action programmatically.
• Status changes and async results are announced without stealing focus.
• A repeatable audit checklist and browser/assistive-technology matrix are committed.
