Night mode is not including orientation metadata on at least certain Pixels

We likely need to work around this. It might be best to detect if the field isn't present and add it ourselves.

Flipping images from the front camera does appear to work, but rotation data isn't being added.

I'm able to reproduce this issue on my Pixel 7a too.
