Split atom feed across release channels

The atom feed for GrapheneOS releases notifies the moment a release is created. It would be useful if this feed were split across the alpha, beta, and stable channels, since not all releases reach stable and so there is little point in having it show up in the feed.

This also makes it easy to create announcements for experimental builds not available as official releases.
