Pixel Buds app has broken again

Even after fixing this ticket #7885, the problem with pixel buds app has appeared again with last GmsCompatConfig after cleaning Pixel Buds app cache and adding headphones again.

1. When Pixel Buds are not connected to Pixel, i can not enter pixel buds app.

2. When bluetooth is on an Pixel Buds are connected to Pixel i see default settings screen.

Tested on two Pixel 10 devices with cleaning Pixel Buds app cache and re-adding headphones again.

Try reboot instead of clearing cache

If it continues after reboot, force stop the Pixel Buds app but do not clear any cache or permissions

I wasn't clear in my explanation. Updating to GmsConfig 170 firstly has resolved this bug.

But then i have clean Pixel Buds App cache and re-connect headphones. And this bug has appeared again, even reboot doesn't help.

Clearing the cache or storage can clear the flag override that makes Pixel Buds use the standalone UI

Reinstalling app also didn't help.
