This would be a convenient feature for secret re-use across multiple projects. The UX challenge is that if both a local and global store are used, then either that will require entering two passwords at runtime, or having only one global password in the system for all projects using enveil. Neither options are great, but may be mitigated with a keychain integration so PWs don't need to be typed.
