find_items pulls entire AppSheet Table. It should instead leverage Selector features

For an example AppSheet database like this:

Add Selector to the post payload in "Properties": { ... }
"Selector": "Filter(Table 1, [Status] = 'In Progress')",
--OR--
"Selector": "Filter(Table 1, [Assignee] = 'Jane Doe')",
