Common crafting ingredients #16

Description

@GreatestFool

While simply making all crafting ingredients like that cross-compatible in a recipe, I find it a better and more integrated experience to simply make a custom item that they all use. This way, there will be less confusion and less duplicate content.

Basically, think Factorio. It's not completely applicable in modded Minecraft, due to modpacks having much more variation in metals, crafting ingredients and such as compared to Factorio. But, that automation of common crafting ingredients serving uses for multiple things, that can be replicated.

These items are classed into four categories. Basic, Intermediate, Advanced and Supereminent. The names are rather self-explanatory, aside from the last, but Supereminent are used for the most advanced or OP of items and blocks. Uncertain if Intermediate will stay or not, Basic, Advanced and Supereminent might work better like originally planned.

  • Circuits
  • Cells
    Battery cells or something, I dunno yet.
  • Storage Frames.
    Aesthetically based on Thermals frames, in the sense of the hollow cube thing they've got going on there.
    It is used when crafting blocks with inventories. E.g. you can still craft a chest normally, which yields 1x chests, but if you surround a Storage Frame (based on tier (there are 4)), you get more! The Basic Storage Frame gives 4x chests!
  • Fluid Frames
    Literally Storage Frames for fluids.
