What: Finalise the Impact Framework CA SDK PlugIn
Why: So users of the IF can benefit from the CA SDK toolkit
SoW:

• Get the code to work reliably - WIP
  The plan is to have multiple plugins to cover more capabilities from the SDK, notably:

1. best location: better fit for scheduling (currently covered by danuw repo)
2. carbon intensity: to calculate the carbon intensity of your software (not started yet)

• Create and publish documentation (on our docusaurus website?) about the PlugIn
• Finalise final release of the Plugin
• Decide where the code should live in a public repo
• Add the plug-in to IF Plugin explorer
