EPIC - Visualiser Updates

Proposed Fixes:
Phase 1:

• Change the donut to pie chart in Visualiser
• Download the raw manifest
• Visualize time series without modifying url

Phase 2:

• Add space between subheadings in flyout - blocked: need a screenshot
• Segment labels don't overlap when the segments are small
• toggle between absolute values and % of total for pie chart labels and data in table

TBC:

• Implement error handling #1061
• Flyout isn't useful with long lists #1059
• Enable locally runnable visualiser #982

Status update:

• @osamajandali will tackle the first three as they are quick wins
• @jmcook1186 please provide a screenshot of cramped subheadings in the flyout to make sure we don't misunderstand what you mean
• @osamajandali to investigate "toggle between absolute values and % of total for pie chart labels and data in table" and confirm it's fully understood
