Add this suggested relevant "Areas of Green Software"

For relevant areas of Green Software, absent any existing taxonomy, can I suggest the following options?

These are the starter groupings I think of

• AI - AI compute is different enough to cloud to warrant the separation (
• Web - services mainly accessed via a browser, assuming the stack of web technologies, like HTML, JS, and so on
• Cloud - for this, I'm mainly thinking of conventional compute in a public cloud
• On Premise - this would probably include non-hyperscale enterprise data centres, and 'conventional' compute
• End User Hardware - this would refer to the devices most of us use directly, like laptops, touch devices and workstations

These either have specific practices associated with them, and/or existing communities existing who would be directly interested in them
