Line endings in SPEC.md #403
Description
When checking the files in this repository, I noticed that SPEC.md uses CRLF line endings.
The other files appear to use LF.
This is outside the scope of the SCI specification itself, but since this is the specification document, I would like to check whether this has any impact on editing or future contributions.
