Improve image upload process to upload bulk pack first

1. Assume images will live at the domain https://images.treetracker.org/{imageName}.
2. Upload bulk pack for captures before uploading images, with these image URLS populated according to (1)
3. Upload images one by one, and use this progress to update the progress bar on the dashboard
