/grower-accounts/$id returns 404 when ${id} is correct

When we try to access the /grower-accounts/ API we will get the 404.

For example,

Unless I've misunderstood the problem, I think this is a documentation issue. This endpoint should work for your example:

curl -i https://dev-k8s.treetracker.org/query/v2/growers/c82cc807-8e35-418b-88ce-fda398cf4e89

It seems like there is a discrepancy between the yaml file/documentation and the current implementation in app.ts. Maybe @dadiorchen can confirm that this is expected and the documentation should be updated?
