CREATE WALLET button styling does not match Figma design

Summary

The CREATE WALLET row in the native wallet screen does not match the Figma design. The styling difference makes the UI inconsistent with the intended design spec.

Where

• apps/native/components/wallet/CreateWalletButton.tsx — current implementation uses a solid bordered card with a light background, differing from the Figma design.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the native app
2. Navigate to the Wallet tab
3. Observe the CREATE WALLET row styling
