Steps to Reproduce

1. Place down Computation Data Reception Hatch
2. Place optical fiber cable against the hatch
3. Crash

Notably, this does not happen inside a development environment (such as a gradle runClient command).
I believe what's happening is some crash due to trying to obtain a block state that can't exist, related to gt frame boxes.
