Feature Description

Mining drills currently have a slightly annoying issue where you can accidentally mine any block and possibly ruin your base, or they try to mine an odd block and tend to not mine the whole area correctly (for example mining a big area that happens to have rails, will cause ~25% of blocks to actually be mined). Adding the ability for Drills to have a filter for blocks could help prevent this issue and make mining a little easier. Something like what was added to Magnets could work.

not currently needed because drills have easy ways to change the range of them on the UI, You can also scrollwheel away to instantly swap items if you start drilling in a large area.
